Timothy Duerler, MD, leads the Ovation Private Health program in Park City, bringing more than two decades of experience in family medicine, preventive care and physician leadership. His career includes founding a rural multispecialty clinic in Hawaiʻi and advancing innovative approaches to digital, personalized and performance-based care.
With advanced training in nutrition and fellowship training in Anti-Aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine, Dr. Duerler helps members protect their vitality, mobility and cognitive health over time. His proactive, data-informed approach combines comprehensive diagnostics, individualized lifestyle planning and a deep understanding of Park City’s active way of life.

Amy Duerler is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than two decades of experience providing thoughtful, relationship-based care to patients and families. Her clinical background includes full-spectrum primary care, women’s health, pediatric and adolescent care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management.
Amy brings a calm, compassionate, and practical approach to patient care. She enjoys helping patients understand their health, navigate decisions with confidence, and build sustainable habits that support long-term wellness. Before joining Ovation, she practiced for many years in Hawai'i and helped lead Mango Medical as both a clinician and practice co-owner.
